TURN ORANGE COUNTY RED
The GOP is surging. Join us and get your town on the right track!
Decades ago, every Orange County town had a Republican Town Committee and Vermont voted GOP. Since 2002, we've lost our way, letting the Democrats and Progressives pillage Vermont. Many towns have no GOP committee.
Our goal is to help folks like you in your town stand up, be counted and better represented in Montpelier. It only takes a couple of people - family, friends and neighbors - to organize a town committee caucus to get things going. And only a small bit of your time will make a difference for Orange County and Vermont!
Just three steps to start a
Republican Town Committee
STEP ONE
GET YOUR PEOPLE
All you need are a few "common-sense" conservative folks to start a Republican ("GOP ") Committee in your town. Family members, friends or like-minded, conservative neighbors are all you need. Find a date in mid September that at least three of you can agree to meet. This is a very simple meeting that should be less than an hour; perhaps even shorter.
STEP TWO
POST A CAUCUS NOTICE
Here's a link to the Town Caucus Meeting Notice to fill out and post at your town clerk's office. Just add your town's name, the date and the place. Here's a link to a planning checklist that spells out the simple and straightforward steps to organizing a caucus meeting.
STEP THREE
HOLD THE MEETING
Here is a link to a sample agenda for your meeting - starting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
