In Brattleboro the Town GOP committee petitioned the BCA to add 3 Republican names we gave them. They agreed to our request. We served the remainder of the term of the existing JPs but could only be involved in election related matters. I hope the attachments are helpful. Each GOP town committee in VT should be aware of this statutory recourse but sadly I do not think many are aware of it. Also the statute covers  the situation if there is no town committee. 3 voters can do this too.

I attended the Rutland County GOP's candidate day yesterday with a very good crowd. Mike T. was also there and had a few minutes to speak regarding his "Member At Large" candidacy for the VTGOP Executive Committee. My strong recommendations to OCVTGOP people attending the Nov 8th meeting where the votes will take place: Sen. Russ Ingalls from Derby for GOP Party Chairman, Zach Harvey, Rep from Casselton for Vice-Chair. Having these two at the top will be a huge energy boost. I believe they have the capability to lead us to great results.
